A heartfelt "thank you" goes out to everyone who lent a hand in resolving the issues I faced with the "Print Screen" function on my new computer. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't quite determine why it refused to connect with SnagIt and instead opted to save every screenshot directly to a folder on my desktop. I want to give a special shout-out to the follower who reached out via email with an initial suggestion that didn't pan out, but then followed up with a brilliant idea that ultimately did the trick!
So, yes, a big thank you to Logitech for turning this into a bit of a hassle! 🤦♂️
For those who might be facing similar tech troubles, sometimes all it takes is a little teamwork and persistence to find a solution. Keep pushing through – you never know when a simple suggestion might lead to a breakthrough!
